L-3 STRATIS has been providing the General Services Administration (GSA) Life Cycle Management Support (LCMS) since 2001. Starting with an assessment of GSA’s current state, STRATIS continues to provide Independent Verification and Validation services for its financial system of record – Pegasys. Significant accomplishments - Delivered the Integrated Project Management Implementation Plan (IPMIA) in 2001, which provided comprehensive plans for managing Risk, Requirements, Configuration Control, Test, Quality Assurance, as well as Earned Value. The IPMIA was subsequently tailored to meet GSA’s changing needs in 2002 and 2003.
- Provided requirements support for Cost Allocation, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting for the Fixed Asset System and Public Building Service, and Credit Card Accounts Payable.
- Provided acceptance test support for Cost Allocation, Asset Accounting for the Fixed Asset System and Public Building Service, Credit Cards, and Credit Card Accounts Payable. Testing comprised both functional requirements and interface processes.
